Based on our years of experience and skill with labor certification cases (traditional and RIR), we are equally successful in obtaining approvals for PERM cases for our clients.
We work on PERM cases for a wide range of occupations and professions for clients located all across the United States. Examples of some of the types of positions for which we have filed PERM cases and received approvals are: ceramics engineer, J2EE developer, statistician, electrical engineer, information system manager, financial analyst and industrial engineer, etc.
We filed a PERM for a Ceramics Engineer under the EB2 category. The employer is a high-tech company serving the information and telecommunication industries with its leading technologies in proprietary materials, patented processes, and specialty equipment for the manufacturing of multilayer ceramic components.
Based on our submitted job duties and requirements, the State Workforce Agency (SWA) determined the job best resembles the occupation described in the OES/SOC as “Materials Engineer”. It also determined that the appropriate wage level was Level II.
The position required that the employee hold a master’s degree. Although experience is unnecessary, the job does require the employee to possess knowledge in ceramics processing and be familiar with analytical equipments.
The labor certification under PERM was submitted on October 4th and approved on October 11th.
